1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2009 No. 746 the following amendment:
- The regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1. Under the Ministry the public supervisory board as a part of at least 11 people is created. Representatives of civil society, scientific community, business associations, trade and industry unions, expert community in the field of road and transport complex, communication and informatization are part of the public supervisory board.
The public supervisory board is the advisory and supervisory body formed for the purpose of the approved interaction of the Ministry and civil society.
Solutions of the public supervisory board have advisory nature.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
