About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of article 324 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed List of objects of the property which is not the taxation object.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736 the following changes:
- in figure preamble "324," to exclude;
- the twelfth Item 1 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- To declare the list of objects of the property which is not the taxation object, approved by the specified resolution invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
