1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 24, 2004 N 555 "About measures for enhancement of management structure in the field of mass communications" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 11, the Art. 108):
a) to add paragraph two of Item 2 with the words "and also performs functions of working body of Commission of experts in the field of information and mass communications";
b) in Regulations on the Center of monitoring in the field of mass communications:
add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The center performs functions of working body of Commission of experts in the field of information and mass communications (further - the Commission), and the chief of the Center is the secretary of the Commission";
