In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2011 N 166 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 22-23, Art. 236), order:
1. Make changes to Rules of prolongation of action of patents of the Republic of Uzbekistan for useful model, industrial design and the invention relating to medicine or pesticide, the directors of the State patent authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the order of April 3, 2007 N 25 (рег. N 1678 of May 5, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, N 19-20, Art. 203), according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the order of the CEO of the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 26, 2011 No. 30
1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "The State Patent Authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Further — Patent Authority)" shall be replaced with words "The agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency)".
