About modification and amendments in some regulations of the Government

For the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes and amendments, and the Law No. 933-XIV of April 14, 2000 on special social protection of some categories of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 70-72, of the Art. 507), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Government of POSTANOVYaET:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 761 of July 31, 2000. "About address compensations for some categories of the population" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 94-97, of the Art. 849), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

in Item 5 of the word "For Heating Season on November 1, 2007 — on March 31, 2008." shall be replaced with words "For heating season (on November 1 - on March 31), since November 1, 2007" and further in the text;

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Provision and payment of address compensations, since 2011, is performed based on the documents provided in Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of address compensations to some categories of the population which are issued by relevant organs free of charge, taking into account the last confirmation of the right made in 2006";

exclude Item 8/1;

in appendix No. 3 to exclude Item 18.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in Item 1/1 of the Resolution of figure "130" to replace with figures "150";

in Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit:

Item 37 in paragraph one to replace the word "current" with the word "previous";
