1. Ask the interested bodies of the Parties to hold in 10-day time consultations with the purpose of development of the mutually acceptable decision on questions:
- import and movement on the territory of the Russian Federation of the ethyl alcohol coming from the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- exceptions of customs duties when calculating the size of fixed amounts of providing customs payments concerning the alcoholic products moved in mutual trade between the Parties.
2. To report on the secretariat of the Commission of the Customs union on results of consultations at the regular meeting of Committee on questions of regulation of foreign trade.
