"Rate of export customs duty (percentage of customs value either in euro, or in US dollars)".

2. Establish and enact rate of export customs duty on the nickel which is not alloyed since December 5, 2011 (the FEACN CU code 7502 10 000 0) which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union in the amount of, equal 2117, the 8th US dollar for 1 ton.

For the purposes of application of the specified rate of export customs duty the goods are determined only by the FEACN CU code. The description of goods is given only for convenience of use.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
