1. In standards of disclosure of information by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2004 N 24 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 4, Art. 282; 2010, N 33, Art. 4431):

a) Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 04.05.2012 No. 442

b) add Item 22 with paragraphs of the following content:

the weighted non-regulated average price on electrical energy (capacity) used for calculation of limit of the non-regulated prices for the first price category;
