About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Item 8 of Regulations of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; No. 105, 5/29640; 2011, No. 107, 5/34480), following amendments:
the seventh to add part with the offer of the following content: "At the same time, if projects were considered at meetings of the public and advisory and advisory councils created under republican state bodies information on results of such consideration is attached.";
add Item with part thirteen of the following content:
"Drafts of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the questions mentioning the relations in the field of consumer protection shall be approved with the Ministry of Trade.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
