About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 11, 5/33160; No. 60, 5/33808):
1.1.1. in Item 5:

the fourth subitem 5.3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

1.5. in the name, paragraphs second and third Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2010 No. 641 "About some questions of withdrawal of the cash summing-up registers, special computer systems, ticket printing machines and taximeters for engineering certification and recognition voided separate resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 109, 5/31769) of the word "cash summing-up registers, special computer systems, ticket printing machines and taximeters" shall be replaced with words "the cash equipment" in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitem 1.4 of Item 1, becoming effective since October 14, 2011.
