1. Bring in Item 24 of the Regulations on criteria for evaluation of working conditions for separate employee categories and (or) features (types) of the performed works for the purposes of professional pension insurance and procedure for their application approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490 "About some questions of professional pension insurance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 249, 5/28508), the following changes:
state subitem 24.2.2 in the following edition:
"24.2.2. the employment corresponding to conditions of subitem 24.2.1 of this Item, at least on complete rate (salary) including for general secondary education, vocational education - conducting pedagogical activities regarding implementation of educational programs (except for organizational and educational work and additional control of educational activities of pupils) in volume of at least 18 hours a week (at least 20 hours a week - for teachers-speech pathologists), accomplishment of organizational and educational work, implementation of additional control of educational activities of pupils and accomplishment of other obligations provided by qualification characteristics;";
subitem 24.4.1 in paragraph four "teaching" to replace the word with the word "pedagogical";
state subitem 24.5.2 in the following edition:
"24.5.2. the employment corresponding to conditions of subitem 24.5.1 of this Item, at least on complete rate (salary) including conducting pedagogical activities regarding implementation of educational programs (except for organizational and educational work and additional control of educational activities of pupils) in volume of at least 720 hours a year, accomplishment of organizational and educational work, implementation of additional control of educational activities of pupils and accomplishment of other obligations provided by qualification characteristics;".
