About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction in compliance of regulatory legal acts on provision of social guarantees and compensations to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About social protection of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" of February 22, 1994 No. 79 the following change:

- in Items 6 and 8 of the word "The State Agency of Social Security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different cases shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of social protection" in the corresponding cases.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the rights and guarantees of the rehabilitated citizens, injured repressions for political and religious beliefs, on social, national and other features" of September 28, 1995 No. 401 the following changes:

- in Items 3 and 4 of the word "The State Agency of Social Security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different cases shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of social protection" in the corresponding cases;

- in Item 5 of the word Bishkek and Osh" shall be replaced with words "cities of Bishkek and Osh";
