- in case of the appeal to authorized state body for issue of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of 85 percent arrives into the special blocked account of authorized body and 15 percent - in fund of development and material security of authorized state body in the field of registration of the population, automotor-vehicles, special technological machines, driver's structure, acts of civil status, and also the rights to real estate;
