About entering of amendments and changes into the Instruction about procedure for making of currency exchange transactions with participation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

Based on the paragraph of third of Article 33, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Article 39 and part four of article 277 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of currency exchange transactions with participation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2005 No. 112 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 140, 8/13081; 2007, No. 95, 8/16304; No. 305, 8/17764; 2009, No. 292, 8/21668), following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 20:

the paragraph one after the words "The Subject of Currency Transactions — Resident" to add with words "if other is not established by acts of the foreign exchange legislation,";

state subitem 20.5 in the following edition:

"20.5. implementation of payment under the transactions providing obtaining from banks of foreign currency loans and also obligation fulfillment within guarantee agreements according to such credit agreements.

The basis for purchase of foreign currency on these currency transactions is the document confirming the conclusion with bank of the corresponding civil-law transaction;";

the second subitem 20.10 to state part in the following edition:
