Bring in the Instruction about procedure for forming and use by banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations of special reserves on covering of possible losses on the assets and transactions which are not reflected in balance approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2006 No. 138 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 184, 8/15214; 2008, No. 43, 8/18002; No. 201, 8/19322; No. 4, 8/20164; 2009, No. 240, 8/21468; 2010, No. 148, 8/22451), following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 3 part one:

"credit debt" to add paragraph two after words with words ", debt on the securities subject to credit risk,";

to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "on bills of exchange and deposit certificates, and also";

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with paragraphs of the following content:

"the securities subject to credit risk, - bills of exchange and deposit certificates, and also the bonds and other securities withheld by bank before repayment;

the securities subject to depreciation, - bonds, shares and other securities, except for bills of exchange and deposit certificates, available for sale;";

1.2. the second item 4 to exclude part;
