About modification of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management" concerning reducing term of creation of documentation on land management
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management" (2003, No. 36, the Art. 282) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the Item "g" of such content:
"d) perform works on creation of documentation on land management in time, provided by the agreement. The maximum term of creation of documentation on land management shall not exceed six months from the moment of the conclusion of the agreement".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
