About ensuring functioning of single system of search and rescue at the sea

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form the state company "Sea Search and Rescue Service" (further - the state company) and to carry it to the sphere of management of the Ministry of infrastructure.

2. Determine that the main objective of the state company is organizational technical supply of permanent functioning and further development of National system of search and rescue at the sea in the sea search and rescue region of Ukraine.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.06.2013 No. 407

4. To the ministry of infrastructure:

1) in two-month time:

perform the organizational actions connected with formation of the state company, appointment of his head;

develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the charter of the state company;

2) in three-months time after formation of the state company to submit in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals relatively:

inclusions of the state company in the list of objects of the right of state-owned property which are not subject to privatization;

modification of the list of the companies, organizations and organizations which belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of infrastructure, No. 265 "Questions of management of infrastructure of the Ministry of objects of state-owned property" approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 21, 2011.
