According to requirements of article 70 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring annual verification of the financial reporting of banks with the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: auditing firm
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 09.09.2003 No. 389 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision by banks in the National Bank of Ukraine of audit reports by results of annual verification of the financial reporting", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.09.2003 for No. 871/8192 (with changes), the following changes:
1.1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "audit reports" shall be replaced with words "the report of the auditor".
1.2. In preamble of the resolution of figure and the word "69", "the auditor (auditing firm)" to replace respectively with figures and the words "70", "auditing firm".
