About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 1998 No. 369 and of July 16, 2007 No. 318

For the purpose of enhancement of system of accounting of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and provision to legal entities and physical persons of complete, reliable and timely information about technical regulatory legal acts I decide:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 1998 No. 369 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 1, 1/1; 2006, No. 86, 1/7600; 2010, No. 312, 1/12249):

in item 4 the second to state part in the following edition:

"Are not subject to inclusion in the National register:

regulations of collegiate organs, except for the regulations approved by the legal acts specified in paragraphs the seventh or ninth to part one of this Item;

technical codes of common practice, standards, including state standards of the Republic of Belarus and standards of the organizations, specifications;

pharmacopoeian Articles;

local regulatory legal acts, in the paragraphs four except for specified, the seventh or tenth and fourteenth part one of this Item.";

"Legal acts are represented to NTsPI for inclusion in the National register together with the legal acts and appendices approved by them, except for the international treaties approved by presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.";
