To Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States to provide finance costs on the organization and carrying out observation of presidential and parliamentary elections, and also referenda in goudarstvakh-participating of the Commonwealth in annual expense budget on content of Executive committee of the CIS.
4. To Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth to approve Regulations on mission of observers for the CIS at presidential and parliamentary elections, and also referenda in goudarstvakh-participating of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
It is made in the city of St. Petersburg on May 30, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
