About measures for transfer in subordination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan of bodies of civil registration

To transfer 1) Since January 1, 2012 to the Scheme of management of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- bodies of civil registration of executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas, the number of staff of 155 units, and also the operating number of staff of technical and service personnel it (is applied);

- The house of wedding of the city of Dushanbe with the number of staff;

- The house of wedding of the city of Khujand with the number of staff;

- the department of civil registration of the city of Tursunzoda with the number of staff acting on the self-financing basis.

2) to Executive bodies of the government of the Gornobadakhshansky autonomous region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to leave location of bodies of civil registration without change and in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan the number of staff, expense budget, property and other accessories provided for use in activities of bodies of civil registration.

3) to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- in accordance with the established procedure to provide centralized financing of bodies of civil registration at the expense of means of the government budget, and also transfer of number of government employees of local authorities in the Scheme of management of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;
