Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 1998 N 125-FZ "About compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 31, Art. 3803; 2003, N 17, Art. 1554; N 52, of Art. 5037; 2004, N 49, Art. 4851; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 30, Art. 3739; N 48, of the Art. 5745) following changes:

The subitem 18 of Item 2 of Article 17 to add 1) with words ", including data on results of certification of workplaces under the terms of work and the performed obligatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of the workers who are subject to the specified surveys";

2) in Article 22:

a) to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"The size of the specified discount or the allowance is calculated following the results of work of the insurer in three years and is established to the insurer taking into account labor protection condition (including results of certification of workplaces under the terms of work, the performed obligatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations) and expenses on providing on insurance. The size of the established discount or the allowance cannot exceed 40 percent of the insurance rate established to the insurer. In case of loss occurrence from the death the discount is not established.";
