Article 1

"Article 34.1. Payments for the purpose of the indemnification caused in connection with accomplishment of service duties

In case of death (death) of the employee of criminal executive system owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties, or owing to the disease got during service in criminal executive system, and also the death of the citizen of the Russian Federation which came within one year after dismissal from service in criminal executive system owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties, or owing to the disease got during service in criminal executive system, excluded possibility of further service in criminal executive system, the lump-sum allowance in the amount of, equal to the 120-fold size of salary of monetary pay of the employee of criminal executive system established on the date of allowance payment is paid to the family members and persons who were in its dependence in equal shares.
