Article 1

Bring in article 12.21.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 1; 2007, N 31, Art. 4007; N 46, of the Art. 5553) following changes:

1) in paragraph one of part 3 of the word "15 percent" shall be replaced with words "5 percent";

To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of five thousand rubles; on individual entrepreneurs - from ten thousand to fifteen thousand rubles; on legal entities - from two hundred fifty thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.";

To add 3) with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Non-compliance with the requirements ordered by the route signs prohibiting movement of vehicles, including structures of vehicles which general actual lot or load of which axis exceeds specified on route sign if movement of such vehicles is performed without special permission,

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver at the rate from two thousand to two thousand five hundred rubles.".

Article 2

Part 3 of article 35 of the Federal Law of November 8, 2007 N 259-FZ "The charter of road transport and urban land electric transportation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 46, the Art. 5555) after words of "data on properties of load" to add with words ", including about its mass, dimensions, condition and degree of danger,".
