About introduction of amendments to articles 20.6 and 20.7 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 1; 2007, N 26, Art. 3089) following changes:
1) in Article 20.6:
a) in the paragraph the second "four thousand to five" shall be replaced with words parts of 1 word "ten thousand to twenty", "forty thousand to fifty" shall be replaced with words words "hundred thousand to two hundred";
b) in the paragraph the second 2 words "one thousand to two" shall be replaced with words parts "ten thousand to twenty";
Article 20.7 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 20.7. Failure to meet requirements and actions in the field of civil defense
1. Failure to carry out of the special conditions (rules) of operation of technical management systems of civil defense and objects of civil defense, use and content of warning systems, individual protection equipment, other special equipment and property of civil defense established by the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.
2. Failure to carry out of actions for preparation for protection and on protection of the population, material and cultural values in the territory of the Russian Federation from the dangers arising when conducting military operations or owing to these actions
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.".
