Article 1

"2.1. In the higher educational institutions having the state accreditation the boards of trustees are created. Creation of the boards of trustees can be provided in other higher educational institutions by their charters.

The board of trustees of higher educational institution is created for the purpose of:

assistance to the solution of the current and perspective tasks of development of higher educational institution;

assistance to attraction financial and appliances for ensuring activities and development of higher educational institution, and also for control of use of such means;

assistance to enhancement of material and technical resources of higher educational institution;

participations in development of the educational programs of the higher and postgraduate professional education realized by higher educational institution, for ensuring accounting in these programs of requirements of the interested employers to accomplishment by graduates of labor functions.
