To the Federal Treasury according to the functional requirements created by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to finish till November 30, 2011 the official site of the Russian Federation on the information and telecommunication Internet for posting information on placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services (www.zakupki.gov.ru) for possibility of implementation by customers, authorized bodies of information search provided by the Rules approved by this resolution in the register of the public contracts signed on behalf of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, the municipal contracts signed on behalf of the municipality and also civil agreements of federal budgetary institutions, budget institutions of subjects of the Russian Federation, local budgetary institutions.
3. Provide to Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development till November 30, 2011 technical capability for implementation by customers, authorized bodies of information search, provided by the Rules approved by this resolution in the database of the registered products of medical appointment posted on its official site on the information and telecommunication Internet.
