The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

The second parts one of Article 44 of the word "from eighteen to forty three" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "from twenty five to fifty", and after words of "the income of citizens" to add with the words "or social jobs for a period of twenty till sixty o'clock";

2) in Article 44-1:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from five to eighteen" "from ten to twenty five";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from eighteen to forty three" "from twenty five to fifty";

3) in Article 106-1:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from eighteen to forty five" "from thirty to seventy";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from nine to eighteen" "from ten to thirty", and the words "from eighteen to forty five" - the words "from thirty to seventy";

The second Article 188 of the word "from three to seven" shall be replaced with words 4) in the paragraph "from fifteen to twenty five".

2. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

1) in Article 306:

in the name and part one of the word of "their analogs or precursors" shall be replaced with words "their analogs, precursors, toxic or strong agents or poisonous or strong medicines";
