About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine and some other legal acts of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Budget code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572):

1) in Item 23 parts one of Article 2 of the word "payment for administrative services" shall be replaced with words "payment for provision of administrative services";

2) in Article 29 part two:

state Item 39 in such edition:

"39) payment for provision of the state guarantees and the loans (loans) attracted by the state and payment for use of the loans (loans) attracted by the state";

after Item 44 to add with new Items 45-48 of such content:

"45) payment for provision of administrative services;

46) charges for preparation for state registration of copyright and agreements which concern the author's rights to the work, and payment for receipt of control brands;

47) payment for issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors;

48) payment for execution of the certificate of the foreign Ukrainian".

With respect thereto to consider Items 45 and 46 respectively Items 49 and 50;

Part the second Article 33 to state 3) in such edition:

"2. The National Bank of Ukraine gives to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

till March 15 of the year previous planned - forecast monetary indicators the next year;

till April 1 of the year previous planned - information on calculation of part of the predicted profit to distribution of the current year which will be subject to transfer in the government budget;

till September 1 of the year previous planned - information on calculation of part of the predicted profit to distribution next year which will be subject to transfer in the government budget.
