About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for accreditation and activities of representative offices of the foreign commercial organizations in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on procedure for accreditation and activities of representative offices of the foreign commercial organizations in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 23, 2000 N 410, according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 28, 2011 No. 290
1. In Item 6 of the word of "commercial ties" shall be replaced with words "commercial ties, investments and trade".
2. State Items 7 and 8 in the following edition:
"7. Representations are not legal entities and do not perform economic or other business activity, except as specified, stipulated in Item the 8th this provision.
The taxation of foreign firms, representations and their employees is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
