About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine

According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 19.05.2011 No. 589 "About recognition voided Presidential decrees of Ukraine of October 4, 1994 No. 567 and of July 1, 1995" I ORDER to No. 505:

1. Make changes which are applied to orders of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.

2. To submit to department of state regulation of foreign economic activity in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine V. A. Kopylov.

Changes which are made to orders of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine

1. In the paragraph the second subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Regulations on form of the external economic agreements (contracts) approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of 06.09.2001 No. 201, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.09.2001 for No. 833/6024, of the word "according to the International rules of interpretation of commercial terms of the current version" shall be replaced with words "according to the rules "Incoterms".
