About modification of the Regulations on Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Regulations on Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2007 N 734 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 46, Art. 5575; 2008, N 42, Art. 4830; 2009, N 6, Art. 738; 2010, N 20, Art. 2474; N 26, of the Art. 3350), following changes:
to replace numbering of subitem 5.9.2 with numbering 5.9(2);
add with subitem 5.9 (3) the following content:
"5.9 (3). in coordination with the federal executive bodies exercising control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation determines conditions of transfer, accounting and storage of the property provided by the Agency to the state regulatory authorities for the organization boundary customs and other types of control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation;".
