About transfer of blocks of shares of some joint-stock companies in trust management and rights of possession and uses to state bodies

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 10, 2011 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 136

1. In the procedure established by the legislation to deliver in trust management:

1) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The national welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" belonging to joint-stock company (further - Fund) the block of shares of joint-stock company "Fund of development of entrepreneurship "Lady";

2) to the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan the blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies specified in appendix to this resolution belonging to Fund.

2. To transfer in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of right of possession and uses of the block of shares of Fund of Stressful Assets joint-stock company;

2) to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services of right of possession and use of blocks of shares of joint-stock companies "Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan", "Kazakhstan Fund of Guaranteeing Mortgage Loans" and "The mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company".

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the ministries of the industry and new technologies, economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services, Fund to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
