Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, being guided by the Perspective plan of development of military state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States till 2005, the approved Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 31, 2001, solved:
1. Approve the Concept of creation of the joint (integrated) communication system of armed forces of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).
2. Determine this Concept as basis for development of normative legal documents and forming of coordinated policy in creation of the joint (integrated) communication system of armed forces of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.
It is made in the city of Yalta on September 18, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
