DECISION OF COUNCIL OF HEADS OF STATES OF COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES

of September 19, 2003

About Amendments to the Charter of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Adopt Amendments to the Charter of the Commonwealth of Independent States (are applied).

2. Continue work on enhancement of the Charter of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

3. The decision becomes effective according to the procedure and on conditions, stipulated in Article 42 Charters of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

It is made in the city of Yalta on September 19, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
