1. Resume action of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 87 "About some measures for reducing not preserved apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 24, 1/7258).

2. Determine that:

time during which the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 87 was suspended (from February 10, 2009 to March 1, 2012) is not set off in the terms of construction of capital structures in the form of the apartment house, giving and preservation of the apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas established by the called Decree;

from the date of entry into force of Item 1 of this Decree the current of terms of construction of capital structures in the form of the apartment house, giving and preservation of the apartment houses which are not completed by construction, the dachas established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 87, proceeds taking into account changes and additions made by this Decree. At the same time, if the rests of terms of construction of capital structures in the form of the apartment house, giving and preservation of the apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas constitute less than one year, the called terms are prolonged up to one year.

3. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
