include in structure of the called Republican council Kakhnovskaya Natalya Vladimirovna - the head of department of social protection and legal work of Department on mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Red Sergey Anatolyevich - the deputy director of public institution "Republican scientific and practical center of oncology and medical radiology of N.
