The regulations on procedure for return to shareholders of money in case of the termination of participation in shared-equity construction of residential and (or) non-residential premises in the apartment apartment house and the related real estate objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 No. 1207 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2006 No. 396" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 151, 5/22942), to add with Chapter 5 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 5 THE PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF RETURN OF THE MONEY IN CASE OF THE INVESTOR'S EXIT FROM THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS OF SHARED-EQUITY CONSTRUCTION IN CASE OF PRICE FIXATION OF THE OBJECT OF SHARED-EQUITY CONSTRUCTION IN FOREIGN CURRENCY, AND ALSO DETERMINATIONS OF THE ADMISSION FEE OF THE NEW INVESTOR
18. In case of agreement cancelation of creation of object of shared-equity construction (refusal of agreement performance unilaterally) the authorized body makes the decision on return of the money deposited by the investor on accessory and performs their return.
