the means transferred from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas and the budget of Minsk (article 7 of the Law and appendix 7 to it) according to appendix 3;

the income of the state trust budget republican fund of conservation on 4 839 602 thousand rubles, and also reduction of expenses of this fund by 4 828 898 thousand rubles with the direction of the income of this fund in the amount of 5 percent in reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for target financing of actions for social support of youth (Item 1 of article 9 of the Law and appendix 9 to it) according to appendix 4;
