1. Chapter 31 of the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; 2009, No. 96, 8/20792; 2011, No. 55, 8/23626) to state in the following edition:

"CHAPTER 31 MAKING OF EXECUTIVE TEXTS

253. For the purposes of this Chapter the following terms and determinations are used:

the claimant - person for the benefit of whom the executive text is made;

the debtor - person from whom it is offered to collect certain amount of money based on executive text.

254. The executive text can be made by any notary irrespective of the residence (location) of the claimant or the debtor.

The executive text about collection of the expenses spent by the state for content of the children who are on the state providing from the parents (the single parent) obliged to refund the expenses spent by the state for content of children is made in the location of the claimant.

255. For making of executive text the claimant submits the written application addressed to office of notary public (the private notary) with request for making of executive text.

The surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the claimant and the debtor, the address of their residence (stay) or the name and the location if debtor is the physical person - the name of the identity document, its series (in the presence), number, date of issue, the name of the body which issued the document, identification number (in the presence) are specified in the statement for making of executive text.
