About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" concerning stabilization of work of aviation complex

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 52; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 7, 2011 No. 3220-VI and No. 3222-VI of April 21, 2011 No. 3291-VI, of May 12, 2011 No. 3315-VI and No. 3331-VI, of June 14, 2011 No. 3491-VI, of July 5, 2011 No. 3562-VI and of September 22, 2011 No. 3768-VI) such changes:

1) in Article 1:

in part one of figure "300.253.007,3" and "254.269.520,8" to replace respectively with figures "300.453.795,6" and "254.470.309,1";

in part two of figure "338.695.112,6" and "292.535.582,1" to replace respectively with figures "338.895.900,9" and "292.736.370,4";

2) to make changes to appendices No. 1 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law. Due to the modification of appendix No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" to determine that the additional resources provided by this Law according to the budget program for code of program classification of expenses and crediting of the government budget 2601520, go only for repayment of obligations of the Kharkiv state air production enterprise to Azerbaijan Hava Yollari private company and implementation of expenses on accomplishment of the relevant agreements.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
