Article 1

Part the fourth article 6 of the Federal Law of July 9, 1999 N 160-FZ "About foreign investments in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 28, Art. 3493; N 18, the Art. 1941) to add 2008, with words ", except for transactions in which the international financial institutions created according to international treaties which participant is the Russian Federation, or international financial institutions with which the Russian Federation signed the international agreements" participate to add with the offer of the following content: "The list of the specified international financial institutions affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of April 29, 2008 N 57-FZ "About procedure of foreign investments in the economic societies having strategic importance for ensuring defense of the country and safety of the state" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 18, Art. 1940; 2011, N 1, Art. 32; N 27, of the Art. 3880) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) add part 3 with words ", except for transactions in which the international financial institutions created according to international treaties which participant is the Russian Federation, or international financial institutions with which the Russian Federation signed the international agreements" participate to add with the offer of the following content: "The list of the specified international financial institutions affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.";
