Some questions of provision by the National commission on securities and stock market of paid administrative services
According to Item 3 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market on establishment of the amount of payment for provision of administrative services according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2006 No. 802 "About establishment of effective period of licenses for carrying out separate types of activity in the security market and approval of the amount of payment for their issue" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 23, the Art. 1722) changes which are applied.
3. Recognize invalid orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
