1. Approve the Concept of harmonization of national systems of air traffic management of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (is applied) provided by the Interstate Aviation Committee.
2. To the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States during the implementing of state regulation and preparation of national legal acts in the field of air transport, use of airspace and air traffic control to consider provisions of the specified Concept.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
It is made in the city of Yalta on September 19, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
