"Article 12.1. Annual state report on condition of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation

1. The annual state report on condition of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation is developed for the purpose of providing public authorities of the Russian Federation with the objective systematized analytical information about condition of objects of cultural heritage and tendencies of its change.

2. The annual state report on condition of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation is submitted the Government of the Russian Federation to chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The procedure for preparation, distribution, including publication, the annual state report on condition of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
