1) in Article 3.5:

a) Item 2 parts 1 after the words "in authorized banks" to add with the words "or cash amount, multiple to the size of refunding rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation from cash amount, enlisted into accounts in authorized banks with violation of fixed term";

b) part 3 after the words "in authorized banks" to add with the words "or cash amounts, multiple to the size of refunding rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation from cash amount, enlisted into accounts in authorized banks with violation of fixed term";

2) in Article 15.25:

a) to state paragraph two of part 4 in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials and legal entities in the amount of one stopyatidesyaty refunding rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation from cash amount enlisted into accounts in authorized banks with violation of fixed term for each day of delay of transfer of such money and (or) in the amount of three fourth to one size of cash amount which is not enlisted into accounts in authorized banks.";

b) add with the note 5 of the following content:
