About modification of the Procedure for carrying out activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children, No. 905 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2010, No. 1, the Art. 38, No. 86, the Art. 3046), changes which are applied.

2. To the ministries to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since November 15, 2011.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children

1. In Item 3:

Word in paragraph one "State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child (further - Department)" to replace 1) with the word "Minsotspolitiki";
