2. To the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of utilities to submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the act of determination of admissible duration of breaks in provision of services and their frequency.
