In item 4 of the Procedure for determination of authorized organizations which will perform collection and distribution between subjects of copyright and (or) the related rights of means from assignments (percent) by producers and importers of the equipment and material carriers using which in house conditions it is possible to perform reproduction of the works and execution fixed in soundtracks and (or) videograms, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the order of 25.07.2003 No. 503, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.08.2003 for No. 717/8038 (with changes):
