About modification of some regulatory legal acts of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz

According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 07.09.2011 No. 938 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning information access", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Administration of state special communication in compliance with this resolution I ORDER:

1. In paragraph eight of Item 1.3 of the Regulations on the state control of condition of technical information security during activities in the territory of Ukraine of foreign inspection teams approved by the order of Administration of state special communication of 16.05.2007 No. 86, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.06.2007 for No. 577/13844, of the word "information with limited access which is property of the state" shall be replaced with words "office information and/or secret information which contains the state or provided by the law other secret".

2. In the text of appendices 3 and 4 to the Procedure for forming and use of information fund of the Register of information, telecommunication and information and telecommunication systems of executive bodies, and also companies, organizations and organizations which belong to the sphere of their management, approved by the order of Administration of state special communication of 24.04.2007 No. 72, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.05.2007 for No. 500/13767 (with changes) to make such changes:

2.1. Replace the words "confidential which is property of the state" with the word "office".
